This coverage operation denominated INDEFINID GUARANTY does not have a legal nature of insurances operation, being that SEAG S.A. is not an insurance company, it is a lender of legal services and renting guaranty, so it is not supervised by the General Direction of Insurance and Pension Funds.

Additional benefits

Unpaid supplies: light, water, and gas

We compensate defaults in supplies of your tenant or we pay new subscriptions, so you don't have to worry about invoices that don't belong to you. The cost of this coverage it will be only 0.65% on the annual income.

Punctual payment

SEAG enters the rent of your income on the 1st of each month, pay or not your tenant. The cost of this coverage will be 2% on the annual income.

No gap in coverage.***

In case of incident of payment of your tenant, SEAG et will compensate your monthly income from the first month, without deficiency The cost of this cover will be only 0.25%. your annual income.

Installment payment

We facilitate the payment of your annual guarantee, splitting the receipt into 12 quotas. There will be a surcharge of €70 for management costs and bank commissions, plus 7% interest on the value of the guarantee.


Para esta cobertura es imprescindible que los suministros estén a nombre del inquilino, ya que según el importe de la deuda SEAG se reservara el derecho de solicitar altas nuevas abonando los costes de dichas altas, quedando como único titular de dichas deudas el inquilino.


En caso de incidencia de pago de su inquilino, SEAG le compensará su renta mensual desde el primer mes, sin carencia. Además de recuperar instantáneamente uno de los depósitos de fianza. El coste de esta cobertura será tan solo del 0,25% de su renta mensual.
