Our commercial advisor of Canarias, Sebastián, has participated in a roundtable about the rental market of properties, with Acegi, some of their agencies, and the candidate for mayor of the political party Coalición Canaria, Alejandro Marichal, for the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana (Las Palmas).

In this meeting, the preocupation about the rental housing has been discused, specially, with the new housing law that is coming. Also, the participants have discused about the solutions that they can offer from the city hall and the real estate companies.
