SEAG launches the indefinite Guarantee for room rentals. In case of non-payment of rent or contract expiration, the payment will be made to the owner of the unpaid rents with all conditions, taking in account:

1. The rooms must be in habitable conditions.
2. The rental contract must include the identification and description of the specific room that is attended with respect to the other rooms, with a plan and photographic annex.
3. For rent prices less than €400, it won’t be necessary economic documentacion, and the Guarantee will have a price of 4%. Rest of cases, it will be needed the usual solvency study.
